Electro-board is an electronic project board simulator and learning tool. You may insert IC:s , resistors, switches, LEDs, and connect them using cables. The simulator will calculate the voltages and light up the LEDs. The voltage is displayed in colors from blue (0V) via purple to red (5V). There is also a built in probe that can measure and display the voltage more accurately. Currently 3 IC:s are available: 7400 (NAND), 7404 (NOT) and 74191 (Binary counter).
